SECO employs a full-time Corporate Safety Manager. His department constantly monitors our projects, which assures compliance with SECO’s written Corporate Safety Policy and Safety Program. Projects are visited at least monthly and safety inspections occur frequently. Our Safety Manager oversees orientation of new hires, organizes weekly Tool Box Talks, and maintains safety operations at the field level. In addition, he is responsible for keeping SECO up to date with ongoing training and certifications.
